Storing Documents
When you have finished creating documents in the Workspace, you can store them to Laserfiche. You can store selected documents, or all the documents in the Workspace.
Note: PhotoDocs can also be configured to store documents automatically.
To store selected documents
- Select the documents.
- Click the Store link at the bottom right under the Document Properties Pane, or right-click and select Send to Laserfiche.
To store all documents in the Workspace
Storage options
Some of the items in the Automation - Store node of the Options dialog box apply to manual storage. You can modify:
- Whether to remove the documents from the Workspace.
- Whether to remove the original images from the external source.
